@jimcarr Expansile (large) cribriform is an aggressive feature. Associated with higher rates of metastasis. That and the 80% T4, 65% T4 cores puts the treatment choices as surgery or radiation. If you are in great health it will help greatly with recovery if you chose surgery. Also look at wheel1s post on surgery specifics. He had excellent results. Urologists do surgery and ROs do radiation so should have consult with both since they have a natural bias with what they do.
