and no sense in taking medication that you don't need.
Will you track with bone markers. -1.7 would be so fine. Don't forget, though, how silent osteoporosis is until bones fracture.

@gently My doctor will do bone markers and DEXA no matter what. Also, there's no way I would think "OK, no need to pay attention to this anymore." I'll still have annual scans and bloodwork.
