After very extensive high quality ENT and eye testing, I am advised that my 6 years of continual dizziness is NOT ear or eye related but rather brain damage and there is nothing that can be done about it...No medicine. No PT. Nothing. Anyone have any thoughts as to what I should do next?

@sfkak Brain damage from what? Did they not order a brain MRI over the past 6 years? I have had extreme dizziness going on 4 months now and been treated by my ENT with steroid injections into my inner ear, a CT scan (showed no infection, etc.), steroid vials to be used with a neti bottle, an order to vestibular therapy, an order for VNG testing and next week a brain/IAC MRI. He is very thorough and I've only been working with him for the past 2 months. I am so sorry that you feel you are at a loss as to any hope for treatment! Please don't give up!
