We are currently with Memorial Sloan Kettering and Yale. Both use bispecific antibody treatments in cases where R-CHOP is regarded as deleterious.
Not without side effects but you are treated as outpatient, an indication of manageable side effects. An example: an auto injection of white blood count stimulation at home.

@kippi1950 Thank you for sharing this information about the bispecific antibody treatments that might be used instead of more intensive chemotherapy if possible. This would be a good subject for @kat7707 to discuss with her oncology team! I know she’s really reticent to begin chemotherapy so this may be a viable alternative for her.
