My husband’s ascending aortic aneurysm was first seen on a CT in 2006 but was judged okay for his height and weight. It measured 4 3.
In 2021 it showed on a routine e cho as 4.8-4.9. This was confirmed on an angiogram. Every year since he has had an echo and angiogram. In 2026, it is now 5.1.
This is very slow growth. We hope he never has to have surgery. He is 82.

@hsminc
Curious, what does height and weight have to do with your husband's ascending aortic aneurysm? What does the doctor say?
