7% sodium Chloride, is it harsh on your lungs?

I use 7% and tolerate it also. At first it gets me coughing a little, but that’s the whole idea. I also combine it with my airway clearance. I feel it’s very effective. I do swish my mouth well after I’m finished to clear my mouth of remaining salt.

Thanks. When you say, combined with your airway clearance, what specifically do you mean-- huff cough, aerobica, ... ?
(I'm still finding my way around this disease and probably will b for awhile and you folks are my best guides.
New pulmonologist just wants another CT scan.
(Is there such a thing as too many Cat Scans?)
