Hi @tanyamarie
I am 66 years old (full hysterectomy at 40). I am thinking of asking to start the patch. When you say it's been life changing, what has improved for you?
My main concern is my osteoporosis.
Thanks so much for sharing!

@hello1234

Would you be willing to tell us what your dexa scores are and what the current treatment plan is for your osteoporosis?

I’ve been on HRT since early 2024. My last Dexa scan was December 2024 and it noted osteopenia for the first time but I will see if there is any improvement in December after more than two full years on HRT. Some of the benefits I’ve realized over the past two years are:
Didn’t realize how achy I was until it stopped!

Brain fog lifted! I couldn’t find the word I was looking for! I thought I was getting dementia!

A level of anxiety lifted that I didn’t realize I was carrying.

Some other things that have improved are:
Itchiness
Anger
Vaginal Atrophy
