Epidural for Lumbar pain - good experiences?

I have had three epidurals over the course of 4 years. For me the offered good pain relief but they seem to lose their effectiveness after a year. Good luck.

You have to repeat them every year or so IF they work. If I was in your shoes I'd get another one pronto
