I started brensocatib last September and had been feeling fine other than a near constant sinus drainage issue that has my throat raw. Sometimes it's hard to swallow. I understand that upper respiratory issues are a common side effect. But yesterday and today I'm feeling like the problem may have gone into my lungs. I have more phlegm than usual and feel pretty unwell. The sputum is thick but clear. I'm doing airway clearance twice a day, as usual. I'm wondering if anyone else has been having sinus problems with Brinsupri.
