You need a doctor’s prescription. Some doctors need to be educated about it but any doctor could prescribe it. Then a compound pharmacy will fill it. You start with only one Milligram for ten days then 2 mg for 10 days then 3 mg for ten days and finally 4.5 mg to stay on permanently. It works very well and worth the process. I’ve been on it for five years with no side effects and no pain - just numbness & stiffness which I’m always battling.
