Have you tried an abdominal binder and compression socks? Also make your own hydrating drink you can use water and a pinch of Celtic Sea salt put a little lemon in it for potassium and put one of those sugar packets in it there's a recipe on the internet to make your own electrolyte drink.. maybe some of those things will help you.. I suffer from the dizziness also but mine will last all day sometimes 2 days and my hands and feet get super cold and the doctor's pretty much just have ignored it and tried to put me on medication which I don't want but there's lots of reasons you could have it and I would have a doctor investigate whether it's a hydration issue or something else

@jaynesavage0 The salt and sugar raise red flags for me, I once asked my cardiologist about hydrating drinks, and it was a definite 'no." Plain water. Seltzer. I am glad that your homemade hydrating drink works well for you, but you are still experiencing dizziness and extremity coldness. If your doctor shrugs it off, I suggest seeking another opinion.
