I've been on LDN for about 7 yrs now and I credit it for putting my Crohn's(40yrs) in remission. It will help more than 80 % of Crohn's people but Hashimtos, I don't know. I take 2mg at bedtime.

Possible: It works as an anti-inflammatory, differing from standard doses by temporarily blocking receptors to boost endorphin production. Clinical trials show it can aid mucosal healing and induce remission with few side effects.
