Back to the topic. I would have your Vestibular System checked. The Vestibular system controls your balance, and it is part of the ears & eyes.
I had physical therapy for Vestibular Neuritis.
The diagnosis was made by an ENT who specializes in the ear. They are Otologist/neurotologist.

Depression can be caused by the frustration you’re experiencing, and you have a lot to be frustrated about.
