I'm in NYC. Have seen seven well-respected ENTs (at NYU, Mt. Sinai, Columbia) for what I call my "syndrome" -- congestion, PND, dizziness, sometimes yellow mucus, muffled hearing, tinnitus, body aches, fatigue. I've had a balloon procedure and an antrostomy. Not cured. Not one doc is a "Dr. House" interested in possibly connecting the dots. They ascribe the dizziness to Long Covid. Might make sense were it not for the fact that the syndrome dates back to at least 2019. My dizziness, like some of yours, isn't vertigo. And sometimes it comes with a depression that isn't typical for me. I'm fed up, disgusted, and angry. Yes, I realize that these issues (like back issues) are tricky to diagnose. But nobody's even interested in trying.
