Should I take another cortizone shot in the future being that the last one damaged my nerve down my leg and feet.

@vicky830 I would say an emphatic 'NO'. After having many injections at the hands of the pain specialists, if they're not doing what they promise to do, and if that injection caused nerve damage, I'd run in the opposite direction. It's not worth the risk. I feel strongly that my last injection contributed to my radiculopathy, which runs from my waist down both sides of my legs, down to the bottom of my feet. As I've researched efficacy of spinal injections, I'm finding many doc DO NOT think they do anything, except make money for the docs who inject. But many insurance companies require that injections be done, before any spinal surgery is done. So sorry you are suffering.
