@wavelight2020 I had my HoLEP 3 weeks ago same results at Yale. Similar situation with an obstructing median lobe and was carrying 500 mL of urine retention which would have caused future kidney problems. I considered Aquablation, but I just couldn't take the chance with my high retention situation. The retro ejac issue is the only thing that I may regret, but I had to weight that against kidney health.
