Hello Old Dude @germone12345, Welcome to Connect from another old dude! I'm one of the so called fortunate ones with neuropathy in that I only have numbness along with some tingling with my neuropathy. Neuropathy doesn't disturb my sleep as much as my degenerative arthritis that wakes me up with shoulder pain (side sleeper) so I can roll over and use the other side for awhile. Did they determine a cause for your neuropathy or is it idiopathic like mine is?

@germone12345 Not sure if this is appropriate for you. If your state either: allows cannabis as recreation, or, you're able to get a medical MJ card with your doctor's approval. My state has approved recreational use, so I ordered CBD/THC gummies. One type with 5 mg THC taken about an hour before bedtime lets me sleep almost through the night. it's wonderful.
