@shamrock24 Congratulations on the improvement of your spinal bone density on Evenity. I got a t-score of 3.1 at 60 for my spine, and have accepted I will probably be cycling on/off bone meds for the rest of my life. The alternative is not pretty - chronic pain, wheelchair, or worse.
