I am on Exemestane and have little to no side effects, I also drink PROPEL water supplement with electrolytes. I didn't go on Letrozole because many people on these threads complained about all the side effects and switched to other drugs. The PROPEL is my chaser to all lunches.

I take Exemestane in the afternoon, as I am busier and don't have to think about taking another drug to fight the BIGT C . Also started Herceptin July 1st that has been great. Already been through chemo.
