I also suffered a hemorrhagic stoke and almost died. I was in very good shape at the time of the stroke and am almost fully recovered. The stroke happened in another country and PT was non existent. Ive found dizziness and shakiness to be my worst problem. The stroke happened in October 2025

@winjki I had a stroke in Feb ‘25, I’m finding lately that I am experiencing shakiness, inside, it’s not visible to others as they keep saying “you look perfect”
