Not 5 minutes after replying to you, my rheumatologist office called me. The receptionist was very upset thinking she messed up until I told her that it was the part time receptionist who I spoke with last week and again on Monday when I went to the office to pick up some other paperwork. She was the one who didn't pass the Cigna information to the doctor. I've had two calls since and a message in my patient prescription portal that the script was finally sent to the specialty pharmacy. I'll make sure the doctor knows that I'm not happy when I see him in 3 weeks. It's a very busy office and the part time receptionist is definitely not organized enough to multitask.
