My father started Nubeqa with Eligard in November of 2024 for omHSPC and recently began a treatment holiday due to his PSA being below 0.1 for the last 16 months. My only concern lately has been the matching-adjusted indirect comparisons between Xtandi and Nubeqa showing that Xtandi increased time to progression and castrate resistance significantly. If and likely when he's due to resume treatment, I will be asking about whether to stay on Nubeqa or perhaps switching to Xtandi.
