I was diagnose with smolderinng multiple myeloma in 2023. I was tired most of the time, not my usual energy level. I was sent to an inmunologist trying to find the cause. That is haw they found the SMM. I was told SMM have no symptoms. But I would exhaust easily, have frequent headackes, my back herts and have balance problems. Doctors don't have an explanation, my labs are good. I could not have any arrangements at work because my doctors could not fill out any paperwork. Thanks God I was able to retire. I beleive there is a need to better understand and document what this condition do to people. It is not symptoms free.

@rosoto totally agree. the doctors seem happy to downplay my actual experiences that don't align with their expectations.
