@kjoed53 yes we have, and in today’s market we will get a lot less than what we paid for - not to mention we would not recoup any of the money we have had to spend on updates over the past five years we have lived in this house.

The condos we have seen are too small for our needs and feel very confining. The houses we have seen so far are either beyond our budget or require updates for which we don’t want to have to go through any further expense.
