I can probably echo all that @jeffmarc mentions. I'll be 80 next month. Had an AUS implanted last November. But besides AUS (which was really a positive life changing even) I had an SNS implanted in March for bowel urge incontinence.
I have tried every program available with the device and now have had it turned off for the last 4/6 weeks.
I now need to get with my surgeon to have it removed. It didn't do a thing to help.
I really thought that one of the programs would help but... not to be.
I really regret having it installed.
