Hi @buddhadoll, you’ve been through a lot over the past 10 months, and I’m glad your PCP is working with you to sort through how rosuvastatin is contributing to these new symptoms.

I’m curious about your journey and am having trouble tracking the timeline. It sounds like you started the statin prior to entensitis diagnosis. Did you already have psoriatic arthritis before you started the rosuvastatin, or what was the diagnose succession? Also, is your primary care provider coordinating everything, or are you also working with a rheumatologist or cardiologist on these decisions?

I’m wondering what you’re hoping to learn from other members. Are you looking to connect with people who have psoriatic arthritis or enthesitis and have taken statins, or are you hoping to hear how others balanced treating high cholesterol when a statin didn’t agree with them?

I am tagging @terrez who has discussed some of what are dealing with. Understanding a little more about your situation may help connect you with other members whose experiences are most similar.

@jlharsh inflammatory enthesis is a form of psa, asking their experience with statin. Enthesis diagnosed prior to statin.
