Hi, @bajjerfan - you mentioned having referred pain from vertebrogenic low back pain (VLBP). Will you share more about what type of referred pain you are experiencing: Where it's located? How intense? How often you feel this pain?

@lisalucier

I have bursitis in my right hip hip and identical burning inflammation type pain at the top of my pelvic bone a few inches to the right of my spine. I was wondering if THAT was referred pain, but now I don't think so. Also I don't believe that I have vertebrogenic pain either as the MRI dignostics don't seem to be there. Going back to 6 or 7 years of MRIs the modic changes that would be indicative of vertbrogeninic pain have never been mentioned by any radiologist as far as I can tell.

The synopsis I read didn't indicate what or where the referred pain would or could be.

My next stop is to consult an orthopedic surgeon after talking with my PCP.
