What led to your MGUS diagnosis? M-Spike or abnormal kappa lambda free light chains? What are your immunoglobulin levels? Are you scheduled for regular bloodwork i.e every 3 months or so? I was diagnosed with MGUS over two years ago and am now intermediate smoldering multiple myeloma. I have not noticed any out of the ordinary regarding infections.

@righty01 Because of my feeling of upper body weakness and rash that I had developed my dr ordered blood tests that showed the elevated M protein. I also have two slightly swollen lymph glands in my groin. I've had a pet scan and CT scan and numerous ultrasounds. I'm scheduled for next blood tests in September.
