I was first put on Risedronate back in 2015 when I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Then Prolia around 2020 because the Risedronate was not improving my scores. The doctor suggested Alendronate to help prevent rebound from Prolia and many things I read and listened to suggested a bisphosphonate after Prolia. I’m not familiar with the meds you mentioned but can consider them, although I wish I could do away with taking meds altogether.
