Hi. I just finished 6 months of IVIG and it was not successful I felt so disappointed. My next attempt is with a nerve biopsy and pain pump. I have had Sjorgrens and idiopathic neuropathy for 15yrs. There is not a medication or procedure I have not tried but the burning just keeps on burning!

Sorry to hear about your pain. Have you tried Rituximab IV, or Cellcept oral?

@notborntoburn IVIG works on autoimmune neuropathy CIDP. Are your inflammatory markers high? Sed Rate, Ana, compliment C3 or C4, and CPR. My sed rate is 130. My IVIG states it only works on autoimmune neuropathy is why I am asking.
