@abob
Thanks for your responce abob, and sorry you had anxiety but glad you got better. I have already been down the mental health road where they gave me every drug known to man and destroyed my body doing so, not helping my mental health. I learned about my mpd at a hospital and another mpd, I'm good with it, am not ashamed of any of my illnesses. It's called being a survivalist. So no problem there. I don't take drugs unless it's an antibiotic or pain killer. Period. I know my body better than the doctors. It's not anxiety, I'm happy as a lark, love my life and all the no-stop productive things I do giving back and creativity, not bored or lonely, finally got rid of the toxic people around me. Have gone full circle and not missing anything in my life. Quite blessed. I think, between the neck and head injuries, something went wrong that they have not noticed in all of those xrays, cat scans and MRI's. I'm done. I resign to vertigo forever. I just think it's amazing with the room spinning so fast opening new holes of dimensions, I can actually function. Kinda like walking under water with all of the other sea life swirling around me, the tides pushing and pulling me with the flow. There is very little control over this feeling. As long as I'm productive and accomplish things everyday, I'm good. Dizzy, but not sniveling and whining. That's a plus, no? 😃🫠🙃
