I have found that trimix provides an erection which is good for you wife but the trimix tends to numb the sensation in your penis. I can’t have an orgasm with intercourse after trimix. I can’t have a dry orgasm with stimulation when my penis is soft! Although I would prefer that we could both enjoy intercourse, it is good that my wife enjoys the intercourse and I can stimulate myself to achieve a dry orgasm. Strangely I have developed a stronger sex drive after my surgery but my penis is much small now than before!
