@jaci50 Yes, stay off of the antibiotics. Anti=against life. Pro (probiotics) = pro life. That's where you start. Antibiotics is what got me there.....SIBO. So I refused to use it to supposedly fix it???? It was a no-brainer to me. I am eventually getting better but it's a slow process. I did go with the FODMAP diet. That helped tremendously. Listen mostly to your body. Take some advice from others but don't use it unless it helps you personally. And, I would suggest keeping a daily journal of what you eat. That will help to pinpoint what helps and what doesn't. My body responded well to acacia fiber, 3 tsps at bedtime. And also fresh veggies, steamed veggies and protein with carbs (low) i.e. meat and potatoes. Good luck!

Thank you this is awesome! I am currently not on any antibiotics and after reading your note here, I don’t plan on them at all. I am on the FOD map Diet and I do record everything I eat as if I’m counting macros. I hate the fact that it takes a while to lose it, but I will continue to diet and watch what I eat. I’m also gluten-free and dairy free right now.
