I have been taking 320 mg of magnesium glycinate and 3000 mg of glycine. I had started with just the magnesium glycinate for 2 months with small improvement, then my integrative medical doctor suggested adding the glycine. After adding that for a month I noticed a marked improvement in sleep however also noted that my depression improved significantly. I am now not having the depression I was having, just spells of sadness/weepiness now and then. I am so happy about that unexpected effect.

Thank you so much! I don’t have depression but do have serious sleeping problems and occasional sadness thinking I’m pushing my sale-by-date. At least twice a week I stay up all night. Exhausted but can’t sleep. I will ramp up magnesium glycinate and add glycine to my daily dose.
Again thank you for sharing!
