Platelets down: What helps increase platelets during treatment?

Hi folks - my partner (grade 2 PNET, diagnosed January 2025) has done PRRT and is on lanreotide. Her platelets are down. Being monitored by doctors. Advice on diet, experiences (did yours go back up?), welcomed. Hope everyone is taking care.

Mine went down during PRRT but did go back up
I ate a lot of kiwis and drank pomegranate 100% juice
Don’t know if it was the reason

Hi I too went through PRRT and have been off/on lanreotide injections over the years

My platelet levels have been low as well - but stabilized - one for the key factors we watch. Now on a daily chemo pill and levels dropped further - but in “ safe” enough zone to continue w treatment. Don’t know any good/ diet tricks that assist!?
