TLIF surgery and recovery issues
I had TLIF surgery in March 2024, I am left with pain in the arch and top of my foot above the arch, big toe is always tingling and painful. I can't walk on pavement or cement which causes me to have to use a handicap cart at the store. I feel really bad using one but the pain from those floors is really, really bad. Has anyone else experienced such after having Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion?

Hi Everyone, I am approaching 3 months post TLIF surgery on L4/L5 and Laminectomy L3/L4. The past two days I started noticing soreness right around the top part of my stitches. When I press on that area, the soreness is more noticable. That top part has always been "folded" (for lack of better word) since the bandage got removed. It seems now there is more swelling than usual. In addition to that I also have had general soreness on the middle part of my back, outside the surgical site. This actually hasn't bothered me as much as the one on top of my stitches.
Because the surgery was done overseas , I have not had much luck finding a hospital or facility willing to see me. I am not sure what to do.
I want to ask anyone who has had hardware failures, what were the symptoms or signs you had?
Apart from the soreness I haven't really been developing any other new symptoms. TIA.
