@sevey41 I take a list of over the counter supplements that has helped stop the upward spread of numbness from my feet. When I started taking them last September my numbness was in both legs from the toes to just below my knees. By December of last year the numbness was just above my ankles. I'm 74 years young ☺. It hasn't changed since then. The numbness is still just above the ankles but I'm happy if that's my new normal because it means it's not spreading like my neurologist told me it would. I don't know if it will work for everyone but if I had a choice between taking supplements that are not going to harm me or taking drugs with multiple harmful side effects, I'm choosing the natural stuff. Like you I don't have diabetes or poor circulation. You can read my story here:

@sevey41 I wish I could give you the answer. Do you remember what medicines have been recommended for you, but you didn't want to take? I've taken a few that had concerning side effects, but I tried them to see if the benefit outweighed the bad potential side effects. For the most part, I've had none, or very few of the side effects. I know that the media have made some meds seem wonderful, and have demonized others. Between the media and politics, finding the truth can be a challenge.
I hope that one of these days you'll be able to wear some stylish shoes again.
