Melioguide.com has a section on vibrating plates. A lot depend on the brand you purchase
@maloc I went ahead and completed one year of Osteostrong, despite my skepticism. Had zero change in my decascan scores. I would recommend paying for a personal trainer or gym membership!
@maloc I went for several months. I injured my back on one of the machines. It was not broken and healed in a few weeks. But I quit after that and did more research. They don’t have the research to back up their method. I now do an Onera program and it’s a million times better. Only been 4 months so no repeat Dexa, but I would highly recommend if you are physically able.

@maloc at least you got to try the machines! The demonstration I went to didn’t allow that. I am not a candidate for their machines because I can only lift 15 lbs. I have heard it works for some and not others…like everything else! I’d rather go to the gym!
