@loriesco i’m sorry you struggled so much! I am trusting you are feeling much better now. I wonder if you could name the supplement that helped you with gout. My levels are high, but the med the doctor prescribed gave me diarrhea. It also affected my kidneys. Thank you so much and all the very best to you.

@annpeters good morning! Here is the link for the supplement that I recommend. There’s two kinds of gout one that is deposits of calcium for which anti-inflammatories (NSAID) helps with inflammatory pain. The other is regular gout, and yes, high uric acid levels are responsible. You can make your own home remedy joint juice as I call it. MixKnudsen black cherry juice, about a half a cup, about a tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and about 24 ounces of water or 7-Up in a picture jar or thermos and drink as much as you can for a flare. Repeat is necessary, basically flushing your system. For regular maintenance try to keep your body in an alkaline state. this means lots of fluids, water, lemonade (people don’t realize that your body strives for balance so the slightly acidic lemonade will push your body towards an alkaline state.). There are different gout, medication’s and different dosages. I am on allopurinol. I am on the lowest dose. I am wondering what dose you were prescribed? If I get stiff, I just take another. Sometimes you have to try your different medicines and you have to wait till your body adjusts. My problem is lactose and gluten in pills Since I am intolerant. Here is the supplement, and good luck to you! https://a.co/d/0cC54aTn
