Thank you for the sympathy. Most do not have a clue. I do self-care every day since 1998. I have learned more and more with each phase/therapist. I have used resources on NLN and from therapist. I have excess scar tissue in my arm and trunk due to an extremely severe and large case of shingles in 1990. I Use the Tactile Medical FlexiTouch pump daily. I had a swimming pool built for therapy.
