@cdt55... Hello....welcome to this informative site! I have had a thoracic aneurysm for many years and during that time traveled extensively for work, both domestically and internationally. I was only diagnosed about 7 years ago, but have continued traveling, a majority by air, and for lengthy periods. I'm currently 71yo. I've not been told to eliminate travel by any medical professional, particularly air travel. The usual caveats apply, making sure you're sufficiently hydrated, moving about when able on the airplane....or at least stretching/flexing leg muscles to avoid DVT's, and abstaining from alcohol. Keeping blood pressure in a low normal range also helps. That's about it. You should continue to enjoy life as much as possible, and staying connected to family and friends! Best wishes for continued good health!!
