Today was an uncomfortable day wetting pads inside of pullups and lots of sweating, these things are so heavy you sweat about as much as peeing. Big wind storm last night and tree limbs on top of daughters house, really big ones and hole in roof, part of black steel fence flattened. I was over there with chain saw working. With some help we got the roof cleared, now hope roofer does the patching as promised as more rain tonight. It was like a mini tornado hit her neighbor in just a small spot.
Anyway whole point is that kind of work sure makes me pee, lift a big branch and just let loose. Don't know which is worse the sweating or peeing. Don't mind the work or heat. Came home and cleaned up good, don't want a rash.

@diverjer
I would really strongly suggest to you (again) and plead that you stop lifting heavy stuff and stop working hard on hot days 🙏.
You had terribly traumatic surgery with blood loss, damaged artery, hernia repair , prostatectomy AND you had heart arrhythmia diagnosed. 😟 You do not wish to get new hernia forming or even something worse happening. I know that "you do not mind" working hard but it might be really too much just 10 weeks post op . Lifting heavy things and straining so early can actually impede and slow down pelvic floor recovery. : ((

@diverjer Sorry you guys are having to go through that.
