Quality of life, 2 years post RALP ?

@surftohealth88 - yes, I do specific exercises (as part of my PT) for my obliques, and my core overall.

I do try and engage my pelvic floor muscles before turning or reaching or whatever, but working in the kitchen (which is where that primarily happens), I might do those movements 20 times in a minute while preparing a meal, and it’s such an automatic, natural movement, I don’t always remember every single time.

I actually met with my lead APRN today for a checkpoint, and we spoke mostly about the incontinence. She’s very satisfied with my progress so far and said I’m right at or just a little above average, so I’m prepared to keep doing what I’m doing. A lot of my progress so far has been plateaus followed by significant leaps followed by plateaus, etc. I’m just waiting for that next leap!

That is fantastic !!! : )))
And yes, leaps happen regularly : ))) ! Those leaps are "funny events", actually, with no particular pattern or reason but such a nice surprise when they happen 😁 !
