Tymlo side effects
"I've just completed my third week on Tymlos injections, and I’ve been feeling pretty tired, along with some stomach cramps. I just wanted to check—are these side effects something that’s normal or to be expected at this stage?"

vglovier1991, the stomach cramping may be because of the way high calcium levels slow digestion. The fatigue might also be caused by high calcium levels. You might reduce calcium intake. Or, reduce the dose of Tymlos.
Both effects are signaled in the clinical trials, with the observation that the symptoms usually lessen in the first few weeks. Some patients develop hypercalcemia on Tymlos often because of lower kidney function. It may be helpful to take a low dose of magnesium glycinate. I hope it goes away. You might check calcium levels but not within 6 hours of the injection and check kidney function. It's always good to check with your prescriber.
