I have got no sleep. The gasping for air...SCARES ME.! talking to my spouse he listens but doesnt understand he can't feel it. I feel crazy with morning anxiety and emotional because I want it to stop. I don't feel like myself and I hate it. I read these comments I'm glad to see I'm not going crazy.

@statcavazos83 This sounds to me like it might be obstructive sleep apnea, or maybe central apnea, perhaps a rarer combination of the two, complex sleep apnea. You'd need an overnight kit, but better would be a night hooked up in a sleep lab somewhere. If it's anxiety, way out of my topics of reading.....sorry.
