@gently More benefits can be expected for children and teens. As an older person, my best hope to to stop the progression which would be wonderful because without treatment, my curve was expected to progress by 3% per year. I will have a follow up appt soon to measure my curve for the first time since starting Schroth. In any case, my plan is to continue with the exercises indefinitely.
