@beejenigma Hi, I agree that doing the exercise of holding your breath to the count of 50 may not be for everyone.
I’m on oxygen 24/7 so very familiar with spo2 levels and have high levels, which are adjusted based on my oximeter readings. Much of my breathing exercise is to get rid of carbon dioxide. https://www.medicinenet.com/copd_chronic_obstructive_pulmonary_disease/article.htm

I also love Prana and do the Bumble bee breath, humming, etc., there is so much available just can’t do it all.

@sweetsoul Yes, and check out kapalabathi breath (shiny skull breathing) for breaking up mucus!
