@JustinMcClanahan Thanj you Justin. I’m sorry I didn’t see this question asked before-life’s been busy:) Lin health was a great experience for me. I met one on one with a coach type of person who listened to me and my struggles. My coach helped me to reframe my thinking and gave me deeper insight into things that my Mayo classes had briefly touched on. I was in the Lin Health program for 4 months I think it was and am so glad I did it. I also had modules that I did between my coaching visits. I went into the program kind of skeptical but walked away with a feeling of empowerment to change my condition. I highly recommend it to fibromyalgia patients.
