I take 50mg/day of Metropol, 5 Lisinopril, 5 eliquis, 5 andropiline, and 81 aspirin.
My BP is 134/84 and I exercise daily, and watch salt/sugar use.

Lately if I bump my arms, the skin seems to tear easier and bleeding starts. I can stop it in minutes with warm water compression, but then a red spot (penny to nickel size) forms. The red spot lasts a week or more even though I wash the spots twice a day. What ekse can I do?

@jaernste

As we age our skin gets weaker and thinner due decreasing levels of collagen and elastin. I have the same issue as you do with small injuries to the back of my forearms. I take a drug called deelwidit.

@jaernste I was put on 81 mg asa too but after a year I found that bruising started showing up badly when it never used to before and I kept getting pouring nose bleeds that only ice would make it stop. Small cuts became an open tap bleed as well. I stopped the asa and the bleed problem stopped and when I resumed the presistant bleeds reumed too. So now I am cutting the asa pills in half which works fine. I will be telling my doc when I see him next.
