The cardiac MRI showed some thickening of the ventricle walls with amyloids in the tissues. Ejection rate was still a good 62%. Just 62% of a smaller pool to draw from. The kidney ultrasound was inconclusive however my nephrologist concluded that my diminished GFR with no proteinuria was enough proof of amyloidosis without subjecting me to a biopsy to confirm it. Since there is no treatment it's just trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle with some a different BP Med and Farxiga to keep the kidneys as healthy as possible for as long as possible.
